HSI (ASHI) CPR/AED and First Aid

** NOTE: This course is for lay responders and meets all state IDOE and OSHA requirements; however, this is NOT the course for licensed healthcare providers. If you are a licensed healthcare provider, you should take the BLS Provider course instead.**

Course Description:

The HSI (ASHI) CPR/AED and First Aid training course is tailored for laypersons and is an ideal choice for both community and workplace CPR and defibrillator training. This flexible program equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to respond confidently to sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and choking emergencies. The course aligns with the 2020 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.

Certification:

2 Years. HSI (ASHI) cards are received electronically. RESQ & Arise CPR is an official Training Center for the HSI.

Classes tend to fill up quickly.

Online Course: 3-4 hours
In-Person Skills Check off: 1 hour

Card Received within 36 hours of Successful Completion of the Course.
